Ingredients
140g BOGz Neutral Flavor: Cream Pie, Birthday Cake, Mystery Flavor Fruity Flavor: Lemon Cake + Crack Berry, Grammy’s Candy + Cream Pie
550g Egg Whites (measured pre cooked)
½ Tsp Pink Salt
1 Banana
½ Tsp Baking Powder
70g pumpkin
1 Scoop Project AD Fiber +
Preparation
- 1. BLEND ALL UP AND LET REST Minimum of 5 Minutes! The more time you allow to to sit the thicker batter will be. Right before pouring, make sure you remix the batter.
- 2. Preheat - Take your non stick pan and place over medium to medium low heat.
- 3. Pour - Once pan is up to temperature, spray with non stick pan and slowly pour the batter into the center. Aim for about a 4-5 inch circle.
- 4. Cook - Cook on medium or medium low heat. The batter will slightly sizzle if pan is properly heated.
- 5. Flip - Once edges (½ inch) start to bubble or change form, flip pancake and continue to cook for another 60 seconds remove from heat and plate. Continue until batter is gone.
- 6. Create Chocolate Gold Sauce - 15g ghee, 20g honey, 15g dark chocolate chips, Sprinkle of cinnamon, Microwave 30 seconds. Mix and drizzle
