How to take check-in photos (all athletes)
- Natural Lighting or a ring light is best
- Avoid loud / buys backgrounds (ideally against a single colour
wall)- Phone setup at hip / belly button height, not below you facing
upwards- Full body visible
- No mirror pics or selfies
- If not using a ring light always have flash on
- Take a video and take screenshot’s of each pose needed in the
video, this will save time from having to run back and fourth
